ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Conducts/pre-screens interview with applicants.
Schedules applicants for employment interviews and prepares application packets.
Schedules and assists with orientation of new employees as directed by Office Manager and/or Clinical Manager.
Follows-up on all documents, forms and criteria until personnel file is complete (in compliance with all regulations and policies).
Inputs new employees into database.
Maintains employee database by inputting all changes and updates into the system.
Schedules employees for In-services/CPR.
Audits employment charts to maintain compliance.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
