Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs and preferences - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits - Utilize time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets - Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in wireless, technical, electronics, or jewelry sales, is preferred - Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers and provide product information - Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and build rapport with customers - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills Note:
