Must obtain Tanning Certification within time frame required by company.
Must be available 3rd Shift Overnight SUMMARY DESCRIPTION The Member Services Representative is responsible for creating a positive Judgement Free member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
Handle all front desk related activities including:
o Answering phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
o Checking members into the system.
o New member sign-up.
o Taking prospective members on tours.
Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
Perform cleaning duties as required to maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within time frames required by company and maintain physical ability to perform CPR/AED in the event of a medical emergency.
Must obtain Tanning Certification within time frame required by company.
Close Shift for that business day.
Create bank deposit for next day.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
